The Study Center pairs every student with a mentor as they take a course. Here is a list of current mentors serving our students:

Hugh Diggins, Sr.

Hugh Diggins Sr. graduated from Trinity Evangelical Seminary with a BA in Ministry and Major in Theology. He received his MDiv from South Atlantic Seminary. He has served as an elder in several churches since 1992 and is currently a Teaching Elder at Reformed Bible Church in Rutland, Vermont, which is part of the Green Mountain Baptist Association.

Roger Duke

Roger D. Duke is Assistant Professor of Religion and Communication at Baptist College of Health Sciences in Memphis. He has been an ordained Southern Baptist minister since 1982 and presently pastors the Merton Ave. Baptist Church. He received an MDiv from the Southern Baptist Seminary, Louisville, KY; an MA in Religion in the History of Christian Thought from Harding University (Churches of Christ) Graduate School of Religion, Memphis, TN; and a DMin in Christian Thought, Ethics, and Rhetoric from The University of the South’s (Episcopalian) School of Theology, Sewanee, TN.

J. W. Glidewell

J.W. Glidewell has been in pastoral ministry since 1976. Since 1992 he has served as pastor of First Baptist Church, St. Francis, Kansas. He graduated from Northeastern State University, Tahlequah, Oklahoma, 1983 (BA), and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Fort Worth, Texas, 1987 (MDiv). J.W. and his wife JaNelle have been married since 1975 and have three daughters.

Chuck Todd

Chuck Todd received a BA in Bible from Hannibal LaGrange College and an MA in General Theological Studies from Covenant Theological Seminary, St. Louis, MO. He is a preaching elder and has served as a bi-vocational pastor of Grace Covenant Baptist Church in Hannibal, MO for the past several years. He is married to Michelle and is blessed with two daughters Mikayla and Marissa.

Todd Wilson

Todd Wilson now serves as pastor of Grace Covenant Baptist Church (founded in July 2004) in Birmingham, Alabama. He received his MDiv from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in December 2000. Before entering the ministry, he worked as a Computer Engineer/Network Analyst for 8 years. Todd and his wife Lori were married in 1987 and have two daughters, Bailey (b. June 1990) and Kirby (b. March 1992).
