2021 Founders Conference Sponsors

Thank you for your interest in becoming a sponsor for the 2021 National Founders Conference! Please read through the following information and terms carefully before you fill out the registration form.

We have changed venues! We are now planning to host the conference at McGregor Baptist Church, a sister church in Fort Myers, Florida, just across the river and about 20 minutes away from Grace Baptist Church. At the rate registrations have come in, it is very feasible that we will sell out (again). We are planning on 1500 attendees.

  • Sponsor space is limited and is first come, first served.
  • All Sponsorships require full payment with registration.
  • Approval is required for all sponsorships. In the event that your initial sponsorship submission is disapproved, you will be refunded 100% of your payment minus a $30 processing fee within 7 business days. Once approved, all sponsorships are non-refundable
  • Sponsor space available in a Fellowship area just a short walk from the main auditorium. The bookstore and Sponsors will both be in this room and we anticipate quite a bit of traffic. Our team will be on hand to answer any questions you may have and give assistance where we are able.
  • Founders will provide you with a six foot table and two chairs for your booth. White tablecloths will be made available for your use. Please let us know on the request form if you will need a tablecloth provided for your booth.
  • The placement of booths will be determined by our conference exhibitor team.
  • Internet will be provided for the exhibitors.
  • Power for your booth is available by request. Please let us know on the request form if you will need power.

  • Registration, Bookstore and Exhibition Areas for the conference open January 21 at 12:00 PM.
  • Tear Down Time: Noon – 2:00 PM on Saturday (January 23)
  • The Sponsorship Registration form must be received with payment to be considered for sponsorship. The deadline to submit for sponsorship consideration is November 30 at 11:59PM EDT.
  • Sponsors agree NOT to sell or give away any books that will be available and sold in the conference bookstore.
  • Sponsors are allowed to sell items, but no high-pressure sales tactics are allowed. If complaints are made to our exhibitor team about such tactics, you will be asked to shut down your exhibit. If such action is taken, no refunds will be given for exhibitor fees.
  • All exhibits must be respectful to other exhibits regarding assigned space.
  • If you are using video equipment, you must be respectful to others and must not be overwhelming for the space you are in. Live audio will not be allowed in the exhibit area.
  • The exhibitor is responsible for any damage to property surrounding your booth space.
  • Founders Ministries may decline any application request for exhibitor space for any reason based on the discretion of our conference leadership.
  • We ask that you partner with us by promoting the Founders Conference on Twitter, Facebook, and other means as you have opportunity.
  • Names of conference attendees using included sponsorship passes must be submitted to hannahascol@founders.org by December 30.
  • Promotional items for sponsorships must be provided to the address below (under “shipping information”) by January 8th. All promotional items are subject to approval. No sponsorship refunds will be provided for rejected or tardy promotional items.
  • Artwork for printed program ads including sponsor logo must be submitted to hannahascol@founders.org by November 30. All artwork is subject to approval. No sponsorship refunds will be provided for rejected or tardy artwork.

  • Resolution: 300 Pixels/Inch

  • Please include 1/8″ bleed for your artwork; do not include printers marks
 
  • Artwork for the powerpoint files must be submitted to hannahascol@founders.org by November 30. All artwork is subject to approval. No sponsorship refunds will be provided for rejected or tardy artwork.

Shipments must arrive no earlier than January 11th and no later than January 20th, 2020.

The Sponsor is responsible for all shipping, storage and related costs for delivering materials for the exhibit space. The Sponsor is also responsible for arranging and paying for the shipment of all materials back to the organization’s address. Sponsors can shoot to schedule a UPS or Fedex pickup for Monday, January 25th at the same address listed above for 9:00 AM – 5:00PM.
