Thank you for your interest in becoming a sponsor for the 2023 National Founders Conference! Please read through the following information and terms carefully before you fill out the registration form.
Please send any questions you have to hannahellis@founders.org or call our offices at 888.525.1689.
Sponsor booth spaces are available on a first come, first served basis. Please note that our booth spaces are a simple set up with a 6 ft table and 2 chairs (approx. 8’x8;), but may be reserved in multiples to create larger exhibit areas.
The deadline to submit for sponsorship consideration is November 30, 2022 at 11:59PM EDT.
Approval is required for all sponsorships. In the event that your initial sponsorship submission is disapproved, you will be refunded 100% of your payment. Once approved, all sponsorships are non-refundable.
Founders Ministries may decline any application request for exhibitor space for any reason based on the discretion of our conference leadership. If you received a direct invite from Founders, you are pre-approved for a Sponsorship.
Names of the Sponsor representatives working your booth and using the included sponsorship passes must be submitted to hannahellis@founders.org by December 30, 2022.
Founders will be giving each conference attendee a canvas bag as a gift, we are encouraging each of our sponsors to provide a free item for attendees in an effort to fill their bag. NOTE: This is a recommendation for items to be given away AT YOUR BOOTH, not sent to Founders ahead of time to be put in the canvas bags. These items can be candy (highly popular), pens, promotional material, stickers, bookmarks, notebooks etc. This is not a required aspect of your sponsorship, but something we would encourage you to consider participating in, with the goal of driving more attendee traffic to your booth.
The Sponsor Hall bookstore space for 2023 will be in a large A/C controlled and framed tent directly outside the worship center. Lord willing, this will allow for better traffic flow with attendees. Founders will be working with the Lee County Sheriff’s department to provide security for the tent in the hours where the conference is not in session. We would recommend you bring your materials in plastic bins to keep under your table. Because we will be in a tent, Sponsor signs and displays cannot be taller than 8ft tall. Feel free to reach out if you have additional questions or concerns.
Founders will provide you with a six foot table (with tablecloth) and two chairs for your booth. The placement of booths will be determined by our conference exhibitor team.
Internet will be provided for the sponsors and power for your booth is available by request. Please let us know on the registration form if you will need power.
