David Shannon, AKA Chocolate Knox, lives in Moscow, Idaho, with his wife and seven kids. He was previously an editor and producer of Burning Bush Communications in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and now owns and runs a multifaceted media company, The Chocolate Factory.
