Thank you for your interest in becoming a sponsor or publisher for the 2025 National Founders Conference! Please read through the following information and terms carefully before you fill out the registration form.
Hannah Ellis is no longer the main point of contact for Sponsors and Publishers – please send any questions you have to KerryRegnier@founders.org or call our offices at 888.525.1689.
Sponsor booth spaces are available on a first come, first served basis. Please note that our booth spaces are a simple set up with a 6 ft table and 2 chairs (approx. 10’x8’ – no pipe and drape), but may be reserved in multiples to create larger exhibit areas.
The deadline to submit for general sponsorship consideration is November 15, 2024 at 11:59PM EDT.
Approval is required for all sponsorships. In the event that your initial sponsorship submission is disapproved, you will be refunded 100% of your payment. Once approved, all sponsorships are non-refundable.
Founders Ministries may decline any application request for exhibitor space for any reason based on the discretion of our conference leadership. If you received a direct invite from Founders, you are pre-approved for a Sponsorship.
Names of the Sponsor representatives working your booth and using the included sponsorship passes must be submitted to kerryregnier@founders.org by December 15, 2024.
Founders will be giving each conference attendee a canvas bag as a gift, we are encouraging each of our sponsors to provide a free item for attendees in an effort to fill their bag. These items can be candy (highly popular), pens, promotional material, stickers, bookmarks, notebooks etc. This is a recommendation for items to be given away AT YOUR BOOTH, not sent to Founders ahead of time to be put in the canvas bags. This is not a required aspect of your sponsorship, but something we would encourage you to consider participating in, with the goal of driving more attendee traffic to your booth.
The Sponsor Hall and bookstore space for 2025 will be in a large A/C controlled and framed tent directly outside the worship center. From the last few years, we found that this allowed for much better traffic flow with attendees! Founders will be working with a private security company to provide armed security for the tent in the hours where the conference is not in session. We would recommend you bring your materials in plastic bins to keep under your table and we also provide wooden risers that will be underneath your table, to elevate any boxes or materials you need to store there. Because we will be in a tent, Sponsor signs and displays cannot be taller than 8ft tall. Feel free to reach out if you have additional questions or concerns.
Founders will provide you with a six foot table (with tablecloth) and two chairs for your booth. The placement of booths will be determined by our conference exhibitor team.
Internet and power will be provided for all sponsors.
The conference will begin Thursday morning and end Saturday afternoon.
More specific information and details coming soon.
Set up will be on Wednesday, January 22, and tear down will be on Saturday, January 25.
No Sponsors are allowed to break down their booths prior to 11:30am on Saturday, January 25th, 2025. Sponsors who violate this policy will forfeit their privilege to exhibit at future conferences. All Sponsors have to be completely moved out of the Sponsor tent by 2pm on Saturday, January 25th, 2025. Any exceptions must be prior approved before the beginning of the conference by conference staff.
More specific information and times will be coming soon.
Sponsors are allowed to sell items, but no high-pressure sales tactics are allowed. If complaints are made to our exhibitor team about such tactics, you will be asked to shut down your booth. If such action is taken, no refunds will be given for exhibitor fees.
Sponsors agree NOT to sell or give away any Founders Press book titles and conference speaker book titles (without permission of Founders Ministries).
All Sponsors must be respectful to other Sponsors regarding assigned space. If you are using video equipment, you must be respectful to others and must not be overwhelming for the space you are in. Live audio will not be allowed in the Sponsor area.
The sponsor is responsible for any damage to property surrounding your booth space.
